UNIPA News (Jakarta). April 26, 2026. Paris is the world’s fashion capital. Many famous clothing and handbags originate from Paris. Many models and designers registered or were specially invited to this most prestigious event.
On April 24, 2026 30 Designers participated in the first Paris Fashion Week for Muslim Women’s Wear. Dresses, long gowns and beautiful scarves are displayed and modeled by famous models in France.
Colorful floral motifs adorn the beautiful clothes made from silk, and cotton. These motifs are also designed to represent cultural diversity and inclusivity.
Each country displays a variety of colorful floral patterns and motifs, based on the seasons of spring and summer.
Soutoura’s founder and Creative Director “Fatou Doucoure” said exhibiting her collection in Paris made excited and glamour all Muslim Women and could be confident in take on any role in any society. Providing opportunities for Muslim women to appear more beautiful and stylish in their work fields.
Paris Fashion Week has become a new role model for Muslim women who want to be independent in their careers and still look attractive according to their style.
