UNIPA News (Jakarta/Indonnesi)Prof.Dr.Deswita Refika, Indonesia reported Former Miss Earth Philippines 2013 Lullete Jami Ramilo runner-up Lulette Jane Ramilo-De Guzman has passed away after reportedly being shot in San Manuel, Isabela on 13 February. She is 32 years old. She was found dead inside her SUV in front of her home in Banglay, Cabaritan.
Police said Ramilo – De Guzman was Inside the Vehicle with her children when her father stepped out of their Toyota Fortuner to open the gate of their house.
Suddently, A Gunman riding a motorcycle without a plate number entered the area and repeatedly fired at her.
Authorities are investigating the incident, with relatives and local officials condemning the killing and calling for justice.
Ramilo-De Guzman was also Miss Photogenic at the 2014 Aliwan Fiesta, representing the Bambanti Festival.
