UNIPA News (Jakarta). May 16, 2026. Submission of an administrative fine of 10.27 trillion Rupiah and forest area of 2.37 million hectares. This was done at the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia, Jakarta, May 13, 2026.

President Prabowo Subianto emphasized that the handover of administrative fines and forest area land was not just a ceremony, but a real proof to the Indonesian people. The government is committed to securing state funds and assets for reuse in the interests of the Indonesian people.

This is the fourth administrative fine imposed, with the total value of assets recovered reaching Rp 40 trillion. President Prabowo Subianto said the proceeds from the rescue of state assets would be used to accelerate the development of public service facilities.

The public facilities that were repaired were the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) and schools across Indonesia. The government is targeting the renovation of 70,000 schools by 2026 and 100,000 by 2027.

The state will continue to be present through firm law enforcement. All judicial personnel must maintain integrity and ensure real justice for the people. The government’s attention must be mutually beneficial. To ensure that the community’s needs are fullfiled and completed.
