UNIPA News (Jakarta). May 18, 2026. Every teacher always becomes a good influence and inspires their Students. Big steps start from the classroom. This is a great opportunity for teachers to showcase and prove their talents, knowledge and skills in AI Coding, and Microsoft Elevate. Paragon Company and Wardah opening up opportunities for teachers to compete to get tickets to Microsoft Singapore.

This event was held from January 24 – March 8, 2026 for selection. The first round will select 25,000 selected teachers from across Indonesia. They were selected through the administrative registration link and announced via email.

The second round was selected through an online interview with the jury from Wardah cosmetics and Paragon Company. Each teacher was interviewed with English and knowledge of AI Coding and Microsoft Elevate. Announcement of 10 thousand selected teacher participants. Announced via respective E-mail.

On the peak night of March 8, 2026 10,000 selected teachers in the fields of AI Coding and Microsoft Elevate were invited.

After holding a direct meeting and special interview with the Leaders of Paragon Company and Wardah cosmetics, 5 were selected. These teachers are provided with special AI Coding and Microsoft Elevate educational training and coaching. One of the educators who has received special training is Mr. M. Fajri Santosa.

Mr. M. Fajri Santosa became the Delegation of Paragon corp & AI Academi Award-Winner Educators and National AI Coding Challenge Winners Microsoft Singapore.

Educators become passionate about implementing relevant technologies in the learning process at school and in the classroom. This valuable journey and privilege provide good hope for educators for the advancement of education and implementation technology and Microsoft Elevate for students.
